I understand this is planned by the UN and foistered on those who believe in that??institution??.... As for me and my family we will leave the lights on or off when we please. The envionmentalists at the UN are preparing a big deal to clean up the atmosphere. Don't forget, last week they called us deadbeats because we won't pay for what we do not agree with. We still support them more than any other nation. They should move their headquarter to Iran or someplace in Africa .
