Just so you know - not all PC's have the recovery partition built-in - and most that do will reformat your hard drive first, erasing any of the files you had on it.
If you truly meant the DOS recovery console, not the partition - F8 on boot-up should get you in to it - but there is no practical chance of repairing your original Windows installation, if you had that many infected files...
