Don't know how big your place is or how much of a nic pheen you are but when you find some for sale don't ask for a hand full. A small pinch will grow more than most folks could smoke/chew in a year. Far as I know there is no regs on seeds. Bout the only strangle hold gooberment has on baccer any more is the tax on the retail end of it. The USDA's tobacco program ended about 5 years ago.
