I am shopping for a skidsteer and tried out a new Gehl 4640. I really liked it but thought it was a bit more than I need. Has anyone used a Gehl 4240 (one size smaller) for handling wrapped silage bales? How did it do? My bales are about 4x5's and I currently handle them with a JD 5320 with a 541 loader.
