this raises more questions, first is this land part of a reservation? if so how can reservation land be sold off to begin with, if it is private land, but just owned by a family who happened to be native american it would be the same as any other land sale wouldnt it? the previous owner releases all rights to the property when its sold, if this is the case why does the tribe retain the right to supervise ?
