A drainfield (by definition) filters out any impurities that leech thru the "filter" or ground it runs thru...
Ask her to think of it this way...Is is better that the waste is filtered thru several layers and yards of sand... OR would she rather have corn grown on ground that has %100 chicken/beef/horse (insert animal manure here)???
By the time any runoff reaches your corn, it has been in the tank, (degrading) and leeched a long way from the origin.(you know what I mean)
I personally have no issue with either. What is her argument against this?
