Nebraska has a ban. There are more comments positive than negative.
Five or seven years ago, before the bans even came up, a friendly neighborhood eaterie took the lead and announced a date when the whole place would be non-smoking. People went berzerk and predicted the place would be closed in a month.
The owners held their ground, and the net result was it eliminated several old ladies who would sit for hours drinking coffee and stinking up the place with cigarette smoke without spending any more than the price of a cup of coffee, meanwhile occupying a booth someone buying a meal could have used.

After two summers of having to park my old 1964 model 4000 gas 4 cyl. on a hill just in case the 6 volt system, for whatever reason, would not crank her, I decided to try the 12 volt conversion.
