this is not a tractor question, but I wanted lots of opinions. I inherited a farm and am wanting to sell. Probably about 6-700k value, could go higher.
Auctioneer wants 7%. This seems like a lot. This could be a 40-50k commission.
I tend to think its no more work to sell a 700k farm than a 200k farm.
I'm talking to a very good auctioneer and he will not discuss a lower fee; am I wrong to think I may be paying to much?
