The local weather guru says the reason for our continuing cold weather is lack of sunspot activity- and predicts a cold spring. Anybody know what he's talking about? This guy is a pretty good weather guy- Self taught, railroad engineer by trade, but has been doing the weather for local radio station for the past 25 years. Much better track record than the network guys. But I don't know about the sunspot angle.
