Hi Guys, I have number one at ( TDC ) I put a test light on the distributor and it lights at (TDC ) both valves are closed on number one, I have a valve slightly open on two,and another on three, and four has just closed.this engine splutters but will not pick up the revs. At first I thought it was the carburetor, so I took the carburetor off a running Farmall H, but it is doing the same thing. thank you.
