I STOPPED ! ,,At 50 had Gall bladder removed.. Keepin mind that it is the strain that you put your stomach thru that causes the trouble ,Naturally avoid lifting and such ,,But eachDay Try to do a little more , If anything Walkover your spread ,That is better than ridina tractor or 4 Wheeler.. On operatin Day ..ask God for a prayer of protection and Guidance and Wisdom for the DR. Worked for Me .HANG IN THERE
