It used to be easy to find rebuild kits, but I haven't been able to find one for over 10 years. Different suppliers say they were dropped for liability reasons.
Is it still the old unit with the leather piston seals, or has it been replaced by a more modern diaphragm unit?
If there is a knowledgeable brake parts supplier near you, they should be to fix you up with a newer-style diaphragm unit.
We had one not too far away that was SUPER at such things 'til the younger generation took over, now they haven't got a clue about the older stuff.
Another alternative would be to find a REAL autoparts store that has a Raybestos Brake Part Catalog for Older Trucks.
If you can find a part #, someone probably still has one available.
Also, rebuilders such as Cardone have a "Repair and Return" service available even for some of the older stuff.
You might try contacting them through their website to see if they can help and to find a dealer near you.
