Don't worry about your tractors. They will wait for you. I've seen too many people reverse a good operation by not taking it easy afterwards. It takes a lot longer to get better if you never allow the proper healing period. I have also seen people use an operation to get out of doing things for way too long because other people around them feel sorry and do everything for them.
