The reason I am asking about the coal pricing is cause that Propane price is a real killer.
And I thought I would ask all the guys here what Coal costs cause all parts of the country are represented here.
Even with my wood pellet stove I am going to use 600 gallons of so of propane which is about $1,500. OUCH!!! And that is for when I am at work.
The pellet stove will save me about $800-1000 this year in propane (reduced by 1/2) but to ask about coal and see what the cost is cant hurt. If I would get a coal stove, I dont really plan on it now but if propane gets above $3/gallon then I need to add another heat source.
