Go to any place that sells O rings and get one that has the correct cross section diameter but that is too large in overall diameter and buy a tube of crazy glue ( the kind that sticks your finger together instantly). With a single edge razor blade the O ring can be cut and reconnected with the glue. There is actually a kit available for doing this but I do not know where to suggest you buy it. You may need to practice joining the material in order to get a quality product. Good luck
