8N Ford Tractor 1952 Removing brake drum to access the brake pads?

How does one access the brake pads to an 8N tractor? I have the rims off and I'm not certain whether to remove the large nut at the end of the axle or it appears that there is a screw that is countersunk in the drum itself and to remove that. Can some e-mail a parts breakdown of that? Thank you for your time and efforts. Carl
