I have been getting $10 @ ac for swathing and use a 14 ft machine. If I were cutting 16.5 ft that would be an ac to the half mile. So a mile of highway would be 4 ac at that width which you are not cutting but you are making the trip over the ground. So I'd say I'd be glad to mow for $40 - $50 a mile. Now depending on the terrain and how many tires you are going to ruin with bottles and stakes you may need to increase that.
