I have a Ford 860 and have been using it to scrape snow. It takes about 8-10 minutes after I start the engine before the fluid gets warm and will lift.Probably needs a thinner fluid. I know I used a hydraulic-gear fluid in my 400 Farmall and it wouldn't do nothing when using the hydraulics so I went to IH dealer and bought some HY-TRAN and it worked like a it was new. Also ,when puttinsg in new fluid ,work the hydraulic levers to get the air out of the lines and pump.
