I installed a foam marker on my spray rig and it has a electric plug where you conect the wires to the tractor and plug the foam marker in but I want to use it on other tractors, I thought about putting alligator clips on it and connecting it straight to battery. The book says to connect to a hot wire on the key switch but if I go straight to battery will that be alright,although one tractor has two 12 volt batteries? Should I put some kind of breaker in line? Thanks
