The one that sold on an auction (Ohio I think??) for high $20,000's was a one owner, around 1500 hours, and the guy was known to take meticulous care of his equipment. Known lifetime of good maintenance on a low hour tractor is what drove the price.
Very regional...here in NE colorado, I see 4020's with loaders sell for around $5000 occasionally, only hear of one going close to $10,000 if it's really nice. I've seen 4010's with good rubber, running good, decent looking for just over $2000... Saw a 4320 sell for about $5500...
