Ok by me that the Feb 17 date stands, I have had the better antenna/pole mounted signal booster /converter box in place for 6 months. I did it last summer, knowing that February in ND is not a good time for antenna work.
As others say, people had 2 years to get er done and as B&D says most that are not ready now, still will not be ready if delayed until June.
The $40 cards for the purchase of a converter box are a real help to those on a tight fixed income, and as I understand were paid for by the sale of frequency bands free'd up by the change to digital TV. If that is correct, then no tax $$ would be involved in paying for the cards.
