The best and cheapest harrow I have run accross came from my wore out Hog Haven Hog Floor.I use one of the fence panels from it.It is welded to a 2 inch rectangular metal tubing to stiffen the panel.It also has 2 pieces of tubing welded in place evenly in the middle part of the panel and it has enough weight that it totally destroys and really scatters even the biggest cowpie
