One my Case 800 there are several chips out of a few teeth on one gear. a couple teeth have a bit of an angle on them while others next to them are straight. the mating gear looks fine no problem. All other gears except the reverse gear (I can not see the reverse gear yet as its under oil). Look fine. Not sure if that gear (2nd) runs with reverse or not. Didn't notice anything when driving.
What would cause this if all other gears look ok?? bad iron??
