Advice is not for every one, only for the one's who want to act on given advice for their benefit, the same with the Military, when I was in the ARMY -- I seen More Black's then I've ever seen -- and found that they where there becuase it was the easiest for them == it could be for some white's also, as long as you keep't your nose clean, however, I did guard on Army Prisoners who broke the law.
