it sounds to me like the bil is up against a parts guy that either isnt willing to help or doesnt know anything to start with, there has to be rings for it somewhere, they built the tractor and i doubt they only built one, you might try going to a mitsubishi car dealer and see if they can hook you up to the tractor people thru them, mitsubishi is a huge japenese company and they have been around a long time, [ guess who built the zero fighter plane of wwll fame] it might be that a really good industrial machine shop can make you a set too if you have one nearby you might give them a call and see what they say
