If I was you I would not pay them a cent, would not take the truck back unless you really want to, make sure the title is still clean, and make sure they have paid all the tow and storage charges. Highly unlikely. If she threatens to sue, politely give them the name of your lawyer and tell them to send all correspondence to them. If she continues to call or threaten you, use the law to get harassement charges started. She sounds like a bully.
