I bend over, grab one twine with left hand and another with the right. Wile bending slightly at the knees. I straiten up my back and lift with my legs. That way I am not using my back to lift but my legs. I rest the bale on my right thigh wile I walk to the hay rack. Once at the rack. I rapidly lift the bale using my right leg transfering velocity onto the bale. As the bale is airborn I guide it into the desired possition with my hands. After 10 or so bales are on the rack in mount the rack and repeat the processes to stack. :-)
