I'm suprised no one has mentioned the MF 135 family, I use a 240 Massey (newer version of 135) the 152 perkins diesel uses very little fuel, 8 speed, live PTO, I run a Kuhn GF-22N 3pt 2 rotor tedder, high 1st at PTO rpm or less, rake with a 256 NH rolabar, High 1st or 2nd part throttle depending on the ground. Tractor turns very short with out brakes, very light and nimble.
I don't need remotes for what hay gear I run on it, but could easily fit if I wanted to run hyd fold rake or tedder
