When I warm up the tractor, I let the rpm's lower, then engage the lift lever to raise, then I raise the rpm's and the lift arms will raise about 4". I repeate the process and I may get 2" of rise each time. To lower the arms I let the rpm's go low, then engage the lower lever, then raise the rpm's and the arms lower all the way. Fluids are up, filter is clean. When the fluids are warm it won't raise at all?? Any ideas? Thank you very much.
