Mine WAS scheduled for next Monday, but last Tuesday I spent my 65th birthday in two hospitals. Started the pre-op, VA said the EKG was questionable, they sent me by ambulance to another hospital. That Dr. thought the next EKG was ok. Thursday I finished the pre-op in another clinic, and that Dr.would not certify me until I pass another stress test. Last one was 5 years ago, next one will also be the chemical kind, since I might fall off the treadmill. Just hoping that all is done and healed by Spring work. Yesterday's mail brought the notice from the insurance supplement that coverage starts next month, even though I signed on late in Dec. Agent didn't get the paperwork to the office in time, so no coverage right now. And the doc wonders why the high BP?
