My mother had both hips replaced six months apart last year. It has made her life so much better at 92. When I take her places she will not let me get the car door for her. Before the replacements she had to be helped in and out of a car. She had to set in a lift chair to be able to get up to shuffel to the bath room. Last fall she cleaned her basement that she had not been able to go down to for several years.
