What I want to know is how can the foreigners get a CDL to haul out of port Newark NJ. Most truck drivers out of the port can not speak English. How can they read the road signs to get across the country. I would think you need to speak some English to get your CDL.Most run the containers like a small sports car as they are only getting 0.40 a mile and a lot of containers are way over weight.Most trucks these Gypsy run can hardly pass DOT from the looks of them.
