I can't believe they would even come out for such a small amount! What size is the tank? If you only use 15 gal/year you should be able to take it in and get it filled. Local FS has 200 gal minimun delivery, same for gas or diesel. I can't imagine that you expect them to come out and put in that small of an amount and not pay a premium for it. Chris
