I live in southern Indiana. My soil is mostly clay. When it rains hard it just runs off and doesn't soak in much, so it sounds like a subsoiler might be helpful. I saw a single shank one advertized at Quality Farm and Fleet and that's where I got the idea. I'm looking at tractors in the 30HP range. How do you "build up the organic content" of your garden? Thanks.
