My guess would be you might have fun driving the 851 with the hoe installed.. Why don't you give it a try if he will let you? Hydraulic stabilizers are a definite plus.. But, if you are looking at a three point attached unit, it will not give you much down pressure on the pads, instead just lifting the hoe unit higher and not the tractor.The 3000 weighs 3800 lbs, the 800 series is about 1000 lbs less. I'd like to know what 4 cylinder engine is in this alleged 3000, however! Maybe it is a 5000?
