This kinda reminded me of a story from here years back.
Fellow bought a tractor from an old lady. He put some money into it. Then next thing he knows lady claims he took the tractor and wants it back. She had the original reciept from when the tractor was new. This guy had no reciept and I think had to give it back as he couldn't prove ownership.
Get it in writing ! and like someone else mentioned the $4,500 figure came from somewhere ?
