It's possible she has reached a point she wants them gone because of the memories.
It's also possible that the price she's quoted you is based on something totally unrelated... she's 74...she is probably on social security.. there are limits to what she can make/earn/report and not affect her social security income. Everyone seems to be in agreement the tractors are worth way more than what she's asking (I'm new enough to this and favor red over green so I don't know)... but if you want to get into more money then you may want to buy one this year and one in January to minimize her risk with uncle sam. (Sorry, I don't know all the IRS/SS rules in detail).
