Try Costco for your cartridges or refill kits. I have been using their refill kit for my HP 15, HP40, and HP45 cartridges for years. The empty is put inside a plastic jar with a screw on lid. The refill vessel containing the new ink is installed in the inside of the lid of the refill jar. As the lid on the jar is screwed on it forces the new ink into the cartridge through the printer jets. No muss no fuss and it works like it should for about $13 for three refills. They also have Dataproducts refill cartridges for less than having the old ones refilled. I just order them through the internet. Being Dutch I'm almost as cheap as a Polish person.
