Posted this a while ago in the "stuck and troubled" section of this site. It wasn't my puller but I witnessed it coming off. Fourty years ago my father's sister was driving our (Neuss, Germany built) Farmall D430, pulling two wagons, loaded with potato sacks. The hitch of the second wagon failed and ended up in the middle of T-junction. None was hurt in that incident either. No pics of that :-(
