I like those old movies and can watch them over and over. The other night I watched one of my favorites for about the 15th time. It was Jeramia Johnson. That movie is kind of based on a true story. There really were a group of trappers in the early 1800's that made their living in the rockies trapping and hunting and surviving in the cold. The real J Johnson did marry an Indian that was killed by another tribe and Johnson spent the rest of his days killing off members of that tribe one by one or two by two. It was said that he actually ate the livers of the Indian enemys he killed which gave him strength as a mountain warrior. When he died, he had alledgedly killed hundreds of Indian warriors.
