That has been _the_ hot property for a while now, and with a good location brings a lot of money. You are competing against horse people, someone who wants 1-5 horses & had some bucks from a long time job, or estate, or good investment in internet, realestate, etc.
I don't know what the last 6 months has done to this, but based on a year ago, if you have to ask how much, you probably don't have near enough! :)
