HEY ,, Not so fast on yankin the injectors ,, Around 240k My 95 dodge got to playing that trick just like Your friends truck ,, TURNED OUT THE FUEL FILTER WAS JUST LOOSE ENOUGH TO lose prime ,,, And heres the kicker,, We suspected the mechanical fuel pump and went thru the aggravation of replacing that when we discovered the loose filter .., anything on The drivers side of the motor is a bear to get to ,,, Sure am GLAD mine is a very DEPENDABLE truck ,, Best Wishes , jim
