I have in-laws who own & operate a pretty big logging and sawmill operation. While they mostly want the bigger government property logging plots, they have gotten smaller plots like yours. Propose to the loggers that they can have the timber if they clear the stumps afterwards. Most logging operations of any size at all have dozers for building roads, etc. My in-laws have a Dresser TD8 for finish work, and a D6H Cat for the heavy-duty stuff. Recently bought a trackhoe as well. Good Luck!
