I am kinda confused about what you have going on. It seems like you have livestock in Nebraska and your neighbor uses your 1066 to feed them, and I guess plow out your sister in town. The 1370 in Illinois is down with a bad pto shaft and the power steering leaks. If so, and you take the 1066 how will the livestock get fed ? Or your sister get plowed out ? It seems the 1370 could be fixed for about what it would cost to haul the 1066 to Illinois. I would fix the Case. Pto adapters are cheap.
