Hi Yes I would agree it looks like a 1046 or 1246 as made in Germany and sold here in the UK. I had two one was 2 wheel drive model which I restored and sold and a 4x4 which I use as a yard tractor for lifting and shifting things around. Lovely sounding engines much like what you guys have in the 856 type IH tractors.
