The link is below, its an IH setup as an open station 4wd utility and claims to be 125 hp. Not a common machine around here. Is it an old IH 1086? Never seen a 4wd or an open station model never mind both of those together.

Its for sale locally but is too rough for me to be looking at.

It looks like a product of the Neuss on Rhine plant in Germany, probably a 1046 or 1246. The cab looks like an old Fritzmyer? (spelling)

Yes you are right Richard, we used to sell the 946 and 1046 here in the UK in the late 1970s. Very good reliable tractors and we had great success with them .MJ

Hi
Yes I would agree it looks like a 1046 or 1246 as made in Germany and sold here in the UK. I had two one was 2 wheel drive model which I restored and sold and a 4x4 which I use as a yard tractor for lifting and shifting things around. Lovely sounding engines much like what you guys have in the 856 type IH tractors. You will find a picture of what was my 2 wheel drive here on Tractor Photos - look up International 1046 or try.
https://photos.yesterdaystractors.com/gallery/tphotos/a105400.jpg This was considered a big able tractor her in Scotland during the 1970's but looks kinda small when parked up along my Massey V8's which I now have.
