I left work early today, came home and got the wife and we went and voted. Came home and ate lunch and then unloaded the wagons I combined last night. Filled 3 more wagons and came in to unload. Started the auger and then pulled the combine over and was dumping the hopper into the wagon as it unloaded when all of a sudden corn started flying out the top of the auger and down the bin roof. I got the wagon door shut and then I remembered I hadn't turned the spreader on. Now I have a mess to clean up. I finished unloading the wagons and decided to level the bin before I went back out to the field. Climbed the bin with a shovel in my hand and when I got to the roof, I realized I had to raise the auger to get the door open where the ladder is at. Back down the ladder and raise auger and then back up the bin. I'll probably remember all of this till next year and then have to go thru it all over again. I got into some dryer corn, 18 to 19%. Feel better about that. Corn is not good, green snapped real bad last June, doubt it'll make a hundred bu/acre. Oh yea, today is our 36th wedding anniversary. Chris
