Might try changing points and condenser if spark is orange and not blue. Be sure if mag to use wire core wires not carbon core auto wires. If still missing pull some of the shields off around cylinder jugs and see what it looks like when running. Could be a blown head gasket but I've seen some still running but missing with a cracked cylinder jug or cracked head and you will see that with shields off and running. Has water got in the engine recently? Oil not milky is it?
