My wisconsin engine isn't running right,it has been setting up for awhile and I put it on a haybaler and it doesn't have an power and won't excellerate very good. It is a VH4D.Checked the valves and they are working right,pull both spark plug wires off on one side and it doesn't change the running,pull one off on the other side and it starts missing and the exhaust is hotter on one side,it acts like one side is not working,checked valves,timing,spark,compression, and took the manifold off to make sure that it wasn't stopped up on that side,any help or advice would be greatly appreciated.
