I bought a 706D with what I believe is a clutch problem. If I work on shifting it into gear for a while it will engage the transmission. I then can get it to move, it starts slow then picks up to feel normal. If I push on the brakes when driving it will lug down. I'm getting ready to buy a clutch kit for it, is there anything else I should try 1st? The person that sold it to me said they plowed with it about a year ago and it was fine when he parked it.
